Second, O Rajoguna:-Svartha, activity, diligence, desire, ambition, restlessness, dissatisfaction, emotional fluctuations, Rajasic food binds a Rajoguna person in Sakam Karma (Karma done with the will of fruit) and causes grief. Third Tamoguna:- Laziness, inactivity, ignorance, confusion, negativity, pramad, negligence, tamasic food covers the knowledge of a person and binds him in pramad (negligence), which leads to ignorance and suffering. It is important to understand that every person has all three qualities, but the predominance of a single quality determines his nature and actions. We can improve our lives by changing the balance of these qualities. Yoga and spiritual practice, sattvic food, and positive thoughts help us to increase Satoguna. If we see these three qualities in our lifetime, then we will know what our real situation is, where we are standing, and why are we not growing forward in our class. Today's man remains stuck in his trap of his own, respect, insults, big and big, he forgets that God has given us to pass the exam. If we fail, then we have to come back to Earth in rebirth, and what will be born in a family with odd situation.
